Mr R G (Bert) Eastoe, Director, is a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing), a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, Member Australian Institute of Company Directors, Former Chairman of the Albury Wodonga Area Consultative Committee, Member Australian Institute of Management. He is a graduate from Lincoln University, New Zealand with a Diploma in Agriculture and Farm Management.

Mr Michael Quealy, Director, is a Bachelor of Business (Property), is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Member of the Australian Institute of Management and former Chairman of the Australian Property Institute's Albury-Wodonga Group, with extensive experience in tourism, leisure and Alpine properties, commercial and industrial valuations and market research in regional Victoria and New South Wales.

Mr MG (Merv) Hooper, Director, has tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Valuation and Commerce. He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and is an API accredited Specialist Water Valuer. Merv has broad valuation knowledge and experience developed in Local Government, the banking sector and in private valuation practice. Merv joined Cosgraves in 2002 and became a Director in July 2004. Over recent years he has specialised in valuation services to the Government Sector (Commonwealth, NSW and Victoria State Agencies, and Local Government Councils), rural, industrial and commercial valuations, and compensation and acquisition valuation assignments.

Mr Andrew Kemp, Director, is a Bachelor of Building & Construction Management, has a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment and an Advance Diploma Property (Valuation); is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Prior to joining Cosgraves, was engaged in varied property consultancy roles in both Asia and Australia. He specialises in tourism, leisure, commercial and industrial valuations.

Mr Caleb Groch, Valuer, is a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) (Hons), RMIT, and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Experience includes a broad range of commercial, industrial and residential properties and statutory valuations.  
Shenyi (Sam) Luan, Valuer, Shenyi (Sam) Luan, Valuer is a Bachelor of Land & Property Management (Valuation & Property Management) has a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and an Advance Diploma in Business (International Business); is a Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute. Sam is primarily involved in residential and rural residential valuations.

Heath Craft, Valuer, is a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) and a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management).                                He has experience in valuations undertaken for many purposes, including mortgage, statutory, Family Law, Sales and Purchase                           advice and insurance.
